What you are buying
A voucher carries a serial number, a PIN, and a set number of checks. Once you have it, you go to the official checker, enter your index number and the PIN, and see your result. The voucher is the access; it is not the result.
What we never do
We never ask for your index number or your PIN on this site. We do not retrieve, store, cache or display a result. We do not check on your behalf, and we do not use the examinations council's name or logo as though we were them. Any site that offers to fetch your result for you is asking for everything needed to spend your voucher, and there is no reason to hand that over when the official checker is free to use once you hold a PIN.
How delivery works
Payment is confirmed with the payment provider before a voucher is released, and the voucher details are shown on screen and sent to you. Keep them until you are certain you will not need another check - the uses are finite, and re-buying because a slip of paper went missing is the most avoidable cost in the whole exercise.
If something goes wrong
If a payment succeeds and no voucher arrives, the order is recorded on your account with a reference. Send us that reference and we will resolve it. We can see the order and the payment; we cannot see, and will never ask for, your result.
